Worldwide Shipping

ROAMWALK offers worldwide shipping from Japan.
All orders are shipped internationally, allowing customers around the world to access authentic Japanese vintage items. Free shipping is available for orders totaling USD 500 or more.

Shipping Carrier

・All orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx depending on your location

・Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched

Processing & Delivery Time

・Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays)

・Estimated delivery time: After shipment, delivery typically takes an additional 3–4 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures or local conditions.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the number of items in your order:

・1 item: USD 30

・2 items: USD 45

・3 items: USD 60

・Each additional item: +USD 15

Shipping fees are calculated per item and applied automatically at checkout.

Free Shipping

・Free shipping is available for orders totaling USD 500 or more

・This applies to shipping fees only and does not include import duties or taxes

Import Duties & Taxes (DDU)

All orders are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.

・Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer

・These charges vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities

・ROAMWALK is unable to estimate or control these fees in advance

Customer Acknowledgment at Checkout

Before completing your purchase, you are required to confirm that you understand and agree that:

・Import duties and taxes are your responsibility

・Failure to pay customs fees or refusal to accept delivery may result in additional costs or non-refundable situations

Orders cannot be completed without this acknowledgment.

Incorrect Address / Refused Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.

In cases of:

・Incorrect address information

・Refused delivery

・Unpaid import duties resulting in return shipment

Additional shipping costs may apply, and refunds may not be guaranteed.

Return & Refund Policy

No Returns as a General Rule

Due to the nature of vintage and one-of-a-kind items, all sales are final.
ROAMWALK does not accept returns or exchanges as a general policy.

Exceptions

We may accept returns only in the following cases:

・The item is significantly different from the photos or description

・The measurements provided are significantly inaccurate

Contact Deadline

・You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item

・Clear photos and detailed information must be provided for review

Resolution Period

・We will review and respond appropriately within 14 days from the purchase date

・Depending on the situation, we may offer:

　　・A partial refund

　　・A return followed by a refund

All decisions are made at ROAMWALK’s discretion.

Return Shipping Costs

・If a return is approved due to a valid issue:
