By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail.

3. About ROAMWALK & Products
ROAMWALK is an online store operated by AREND LLC, a company registered in Japan, offering primarily vintage and second-hand fashion items sourced from Japan and shipped worldwide. We may occasionally also offer new or unused items.
Most items are one-of-a-kind, and stock is generally limited to a single unit. Re-stocking of identical items cannot be guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed (including simultaneous sales), we may cancel and fully refund your order.

4. Product Information & Condition
We make every effort to display product descriptions, photographs, and measurements as accurately as possible. However:
- Colors may vary depending on lighting, screens, or device settings
- Measurements are taken manually and may vary slightly
- In the case of vintage or second-hand items, such items may show signs of wear, aging, or minor imperfections due to their nature
Such characteristics are not considered defects, but inherent qualities of vintage products. New or unused items, where offered, are described as such.
5. Pricing & Availability
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency shown on the website.
Product availability is subject to change and may not be updated in real time. In the event of pricing errors, listing errors, or inventory issues, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders at our discretion, even after an order has been placed.
6. Orders & Contract Formation
Placing an order does not constitute acceptance or formation of a binding sales contract.
A contract is formed only when we confirm shipment of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues.
7. Shipping & Delivery
ROAMWALK offers worldwide shipping from Japan. Orders are shipped primarily via DHL or FedEx depending on your location, though we may use other carriers where appropriate.
Processing and delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs procedures, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All orders are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer
- These charges vary by country and are determined by local authorities
- ROAMWALK cannot estimate or control these costs
Failure to pay required customs charges or refusal to accept delivery may result in additional costs or non-refundable situations.
9. Returns & Refunds
As a general rule, all sales are final.
Returns or refunds are accepted only under limited circumstances as described in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Consumers in the EU/EEA and the United Kingdom may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of habitual residence.

All content on this website, including but not limited to product images, descriptions, logos, designs, and text, is the intellectual property of ROAMWALK or its licensors.
