Delivery / Dispatch: Dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation (excl. weekends & Japanese holidays), via EMS, USPS, DHL, or FedEx. Delivery typically takes an additional 3–4 business days depending on customs.
Returns & Exchanges: As all items are one-of-a-kind secondhand vintage, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind (all sales final). However, if an item is significantly not as described or there is an error on our part, contact info@roamwalk.net within 7 days of delivery; we will arrange a return/refund or partial refund, and cover return shipping. Customers residing in the EU and the UK have the statutory right to withdraw from the order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason (right of withdrawal).
