Where We Ship

We ship worldwide from Japan. Every order is carefully packed to protect one-of-a-kind vintage items.

Carriers

Orders are shipped via EMS, USPS, DHL or FedEx, selected by destination for reliable, trackable delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays).

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes an additional 3–4 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance. International transit times are estimates and may vary.

Shipping Cost

Shipping fees vary by order contents and destination. The final shipping amount is calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Import Duties & Taxes

Orders ship on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis: any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. Amounts vary by country, and many countries — including the US — may charge duties even on low-value orders. These charges are collected by the carrier or your local customs authority, not by ROAMWALK.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we provide a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Correct Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply).

配送地域

日本から世界各国へ発送しています。一点物のヴィンテージ品を保護するため、丁寧に梱包してお届けします。

配送業者

EMS、USPS、DHL または FedEx にて、お届け先に応じて追跡可能な方法で発送します。

発送までの日数

ご入金確認後、2〜3営業日以内に発送します（土日・日本の祝日を除く）。

お届けまでの日数

発送後、通常3〜4営業日程度でお届けします（お届け先・通関状況により前後します）。国際輸送の日数は目安であり、変動する場合があります。

送料

送料はご注文内容・お届け先により異なります。確定金額は、ご注文を確定される前にチェックアウト（購入手続き画面）で表示されます。

輸入関税・税金

発送は DDU（関税元払いなし）で行います。お届け先の国で発生する輸入関税・税金・通関手数料はお客様のご負担となります。金額は国により異なり、米国を含む多くの国では少額のご注文でも関税が課される場合があります。これらは配送業者または現地の税関が徴収するもので、ROAMWALK が受け取るものではありません。

追跡

発送後、追跡番号をお知らせします。荷物の状況をご確認いただけます。

ご住所の正確性

チェックアウトの際は、お届け先住所を正確・完全にご入力ください。誤った・不完全な住所による遅延・紛失について当店は責任を負いかねます。宛先不明・受取拒否で当店に返送された場合は、再発送についてご連絡します（追加送料がかかる場合があります）。
